Email is a pain. I considered just writing out my email address, but scrapers will get you on all sorts of spam lists when you do that, and this is my personal email we're talking about. The most popular obfuscation methods look pretty silly to me: using HTML encoding (just detect and reverse it), using javascript (half the scrapers run JS these days by default), putting it in an image (I have a long handle!).
So now I have a new SaaS login, and an oldschool HTML form pointing at it. What can you do.
I made the email field optional because I don't mind receiving anonymous feedback. Obviously, if you don't include your email address, you won't get a response back.
I highly value user feedback. If you tell me something sucks, I'll take you seriously. I won't promise to do anything about it, but I'll definitely sympathize!
